\u00dcber mich: Community Building und Common Ground<\/strong><\/p>

Die letzten 12 Jahre habe ich als freie Trainerin und Business Coach gearbeitet \u2013 von mittelst\u00e4ndischen Unternehmen bis zu internationalen Konzernen. Ich habe viele Methoden kennengelernt, zahlreiche Formate geleitet und gesehen, was Menschen in ihre Kraft bringt, Teams zusammenh\u00e4lt und wo Innovationspotential entsteht.<\/p>

Mit der Gr\u00fcndung von Common Ground Lab b\u00fcndle ich meine Erfahrungen und entwickle Formate, die Menschen und Organisationen dabei unterst\u00fctzen, Verbindung, Klarheit und gemeinsame Wirksamkeit zu schaffen. Im Mittelpunkt steht f\u00fcr mich die Frage, wie aus Unterschiedlichkeit Vertrauen, Zusammenarbeit und konstruktives Miteinander entstehen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>

Zudem pr\u00e4gen internationale Erfahrung und interkulturelle Kompetenz meinen Weg: Stationen in den USA, Frankreich, Kanada und Spanien sowie meine Magisterarbeit \u00fcber die Sar-Lor-Lux-Region als Modellregion Europas haben meinen Blick auf komplexe Zusammenh\u00e4nge gesch\u00e4rft. Heute motiviert mich besonders, Menschen mit unterschiedlichen Hintergr\u00fcnden zusammenzubringen und gemeinsam tragf\u00e4hige L\u00f6sungen zu entwickeln.<\/p>

Ehrenamtliches: Neben meinem Engagement im Elternbeirat der Schule organisiere ich seit drei Jahren gemeinsam mit zwei Kolleginnen das Spurwechseltreffen \u2013 ein monatliches Format f\u00fcr Menschen in Ver\u00e4nderungssituationen. Es ist mir wichtig, R\u00e4ume zu schaffen, in denen berufliche und private \u00dcberg\u00e4nge mit Impulsen, Offenheit und authentischem Austausch begleitet werden.
