\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tF\u00fcr acht Abteilungsleiter eines internationalen Technologie- und Anlagenbauunternehmens haben wir ein zweit\u00e4giges Offsite auf einer Bergh\u00fctte in der Vorlapenregion konzipiert und begleitet \u2013 ma\u00dfgeschneidert auf die spezifische Situation des Teams. Zwei Methodenbeispiele:\nWorld Caf\u00e9 schaffte schnell \u00dcberblick, brachte die dr\u00e4ngenden Themen des Arbeitsalltags auf den Tisch \u2013 und machte sichtbar, was sonst im Tagesgesch\u00e4ft untergeht. Die anschlie\u00dfende Community-Building-Praxis wurde gezielt auf den Bedarf abgestimmt: Zuh\u00f6ren, Unmut konstruktiv \u00e4u\u00dfern und gegenseitige Wertsch\u00e4tzung schafften die Basis f\u00fcr verl\u00e4ssliche Zusammenarbeit auch \u00fcber Standorte hinweg.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

In consultation with our client, we developed the concept to meet their needs and facilitated the off-site event. The carefully chosen location took the team away from their day-to-day work and into the mountainous landscape of the Alpine foothills. We designed and facilitated a two-day off-site event for eight department heads at an international technology and plant engineering company, held at a mountain chalet in the Vorlappen region \u2013 tailored to the team\u2019s specific situation. Two examples of the methods used:
The World Caf\u00e9 quickly provided an overview, brought the pressing issues of day-to-day work to the table \u2013 and highlighted what would otherwise be lost in the day-to-day hustle and bustle.
